Purpose of this site
This site describes the advisory and transaction services of Swisstarget real estate SA.
Personal data
If you use the enquiry form we receive your name, your email address, your telephone number if you give one, whether you are resident in Switzerland, and whatever you write in the message. We use it to answer you and for nothing else. It is never sold, and never passed to a third party for marketing.
An enquiry is kept for as long as the matter it concerns is live, and after that only where Swiss law requires it. Write to info@swisstarget.com at any time to see what we hold or to have it deleted.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookie present is strictly necessary to serve the pages you request.
Confidentiality
Information a client gives us about a property, a holding or an intention is treated as confidential by default. It is not disclosed to a counterparty, an intermediary or any other person without that client’s agreement, and that obligation continues after a transaction completes.
